A useful analogy to use to help demystify the nature of your back pain is that of the bank account. The bigger the balance, the better you will feel and the more you can do.
Aggravators are movement and posture habits that make withdrawals on that bank account.
Our first step for solving back pain is to clearly identify and manage these aggravators to keep them below a tolerable level for you. This will mean less pain and give injuries such as disc bulges and herniations a chance to heal. Once we have the aggravators under control, we then need to focus on a exercise plan that will build a bigger bank account for things you need to do.
