The year in review… A little bit different this week, as I’ll list some of the most impressive results throughout the year: Stephen – Down 5% bodyfat and up by 5kg of lean muscle mass since July Myles – Down 5% bodyfat and up by 4.6kg of lean mass since July and now 9.1% bodyfat!
