Laying the foundation of a stronger and more robust lower back.

Understanding principles that guide the program.

MOVEMENT STRATEGIES AND AGGRAVATORS

Understanding how to perform daily movements in a more back sparing way to help prevent flare ups.

LEVEL 1 EXERCISES

Once we have the principles and aggravators under control we can begin to build the first level of strength.

LEVEL 2 EXERCISES

The first progression upon the foundation set in level 1.

LEVEL 3 EXERCISES

Progressing from individual rehab level exercises and into larger more useful movements where we start to put components together.

LEVEL 4 EXERCISES

Building upon the movements learnt in level 3, by increasing range of motion and challenge over control.

LEVEL 5 EXERCISES

The final level for the Back Pain Program.

Will act as a minimum standard for those who want a back strong enough for day-to-day life, and the final step before returning to more traditional strength focused training.
