Question: Why would the McGill Big 3 cause pain?

Three possible reasons….

1. Technique is not 100% correct – even 95% is 5% error…

2. Too much volume too soon. Try dropping down the reps, see if work quality and results improve.

3. You are not ready for the exercises. There are regressions and even sometimes we have other issues to address BEFORE we use the McGill Big 3….for example shoulder issues in side-bridges.
